The minimum order is 200 robes per style and 100 per colourway; sizes can be mixed. Production for custom Sherpa and Puffer robes is currently approximately six months after the 60% deposit, so plan well ahead of a season or launch. The 40% balance is due after production and before shipment.

What is the minimum order?
200 units per robe style, with at least 100 per colourway. Sizes XS–XL can be mixed.
How long does production take?
Allow approximately six months after the deposit for custom Sherpa or Puffer changing robes, plus shipping.
Can I see branding before ordering?
Yes. Send a clear brief and vector logo artwork; Vivida normally provides a free visual within 48 hours.
Are UK and EU duties included?
Yes. Vivida handles tariffs and duties for UK and EU deliveries. Local charges can apply elsewhere.
Can I return custom robes?
Custom-made products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless Vivida has made an error.
Should we choose Sherpa or Puffer changing robes?
Sherpa robes combine a waterproof outer with a warm fleece lining and are designed around outdoor changing. Puffer robes provide cocooning insulated warmth. Share how and where the robes will be used and Vivida will recommend the best route.
Can we mix adult sizes in a club or team order?
Yes. The 200-piece minimum per style can be spread across XS, S, M, L and XL, with at least 100 pieces per colourway.
What logo or artwork files do you need?
Send the highest-quality logo available. Vector AI, EPS, SVG or print-ready PDF artwork is preferred, and the team will confirm placement and suitability before production.
What are the payment terms for personalised changing robes?
A 60% deposit starts production. The remaining 40% is payable when production is complete and before shipment, after completion photographs have been shared.
