Poncho towels start at 60 units per order and 30 per colourway, with production typically taking 7–10 weeks. Changing robes start at 200 per style and 100 per colourway and currently require around six months. Custom swimwear starts at 200 pieces and 100 per style and colourway. Size mixes are available within each category.

Can members choose different sizes?
Yes. Ponchos can be split across toddler, kids, S/M, M/L and XL; robes and swimwear can be mixed across the available size range.
Can we start with one product?
Absolutely. Many clubs begin with poncho towels because of the 60-piece minimum, then add robes or apparel later.
Can you produce a club visual before we commit?
Yes. Send your logo and brief for a free visual, normally returned within 48 hours.
Can we retail the kit to members?
Yes. Vivida can help you consider a premium retail position and order mix. Final pricing is quoted for your specification.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes. Vivida Custom ships worldwide and handles tariffs for UK and EU deliveries.
Can we include our club badge and sponsor logos?
Yes. Share the club badge, sponsor artwork and preferred placements in your brief. Vivida will confirm what is practical for each product and provide visuals for approval.
What artwork files should a swim club provide?
Vector AI, EPS, SVG or print-ready PDF files are preferred. If the club only has PNG or another format, send the best available version and the team will confirm suitability.
What are the payment terms for custom swim-club kit?
A 60% deposit starts production. The remaining 40% is due when production is complete and before shipment, after completion photographs have been shared.
Can a swim club place a repeat or replenishment order?
Yes. Repeat orders can be quoted against current product availability, quantities and the production schedule. Keep approved artwork and specifications available to make reordering easier.
