VIVIDA WARRANTYREGISTER PRODUCT
We offer a 1 year limited warranty on the materials and workmanship on the following items:
- Eco Neoprene
- Helmet ranges.
To validate the warranty, the product must be registered by the original purchaser and proof of purchase from an authorised Vivida dealer kept. The receipt must clearly identify the dealer. This warranty is valid for 1 year from the purchase date.
Purchases made with us on www.vividalifestyle.com are automatically registered, so you don't need to complete the form.
We offer a 1 year limited warranty on the materials and workmanship of our Eco Neoprene & Helmet ranges. This warranty is valid for 1 year from the purchase date.
To validate the warranty, the product must be registered, at purchase by the original purchaser and proof of purchase from an authorised Vivida dealer kept. The receipt must clearly identify the dealer.
Vivida will, at their discretion, repair or replace the item that exhibits defects in material or workmanship. Repaired or replaced items are covered for the remainder of the original warranty only.
Vivida Lifestyle does not extend any written or implied warranties beyond those expressly described herein. These warranties are in lieu of any other warranties or obligations of Vivida Lifestyle, its distributors or retailers. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, you may have other legal rights which vary.
The Vivida warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Purchases made with us on www.vividalifestyle.com are automatically registered, so you don't need to complete the form.
NOT COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY:
- Normal wear and tear (including but not limited to: scratches, nicks & fading)
- Damage or abuse, misuse or obvious neglect
- Failure to maintain the garment properly, improper storage, modification or alteration to the product
- Use of the product with accessories or parts not sold by Vivida Lifestyle
- Consequential damages, or damages to the person or property
- Products used in commercial, rental, demo or instruction programs
- Cost of return shipments to Vivida Lifestyle
START A VIVIDA WARRANTY CLAIM
If your product meets the particulars of our policy as outlined above, please follow the below Return Process.
Make sure you have:
- A product with warranty registered at purchase
- The original purchase receipt
- Clear photos showing the problem or defect
Customers should contact the Vivida Lifestyle team directly to obtain a return authorisation number and delivery address.

2. Our team will check that your original purchase meets warranty requirements. If valid, Vivida Lifestyle will provide you with a Return Authorisation number and an address to send your return to.
3. Sender should package the product well, including the Return Authorisation number provided.
4. Vivida recommends sending the product using a tracked and insured service and accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of items during transit. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Depending on the nature of the issue, processing times will vary. The Vivida team will provide you with a guideline once an assessment has been made.
6. Repaired or replacement items will be returned to the sender via ground service at Vivida Lifestyle’s expense.
7. The returned items are covered for the time remaining on the original warranty. For example, products repaired or replaced 11 months after the purchase date will continue to be covered under warranty for 1 month.
Water-sports can be dangerous. Vivida Lifestyle accepts no liability in the event of any injury or death arising from an activity associated with the use of a Vivida Lifestyle product.
- No warranty claims will be accepted without:
- Warranty registration at Purchase
- Return Authorisation number
- Proof of Purchase from an Authorised Vivida Lifestyle Dealer
- Warranty claims are claims for warranty coverage only and do not constitute an agreement by Vivida Lifestyle to accept the warranty claim.
- Products returned without written approval will not be processed and will be returned at the customer's expense.
- All original shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in any credit or refund provided to the customer.
