Poncho Towels: 60 per order. 30 by colourway. You can spread across any size breakdown. Toddler (2-4yrs), Kids (4-9 yrs), S/M, M/L and XL.

Outerwear / Changing Robes - Sherpa & Puffer: 400 per style. 200 per colourway. You can spread this across any size breakdown: XS, S, M, L, XL.

Sleep Masks: 60 per order. 30 by colourway.

Swimwear: 300 per order. 150 per style & colourway. You can spread this across any size breakdown: XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL.

Apparel: 100 per order

All products on our website can be customised except for the Linda Wetsuit. That particular product is made with Sheico Group on very long lead times and very high minimums.

We can also produce product that is not on the website on a bespoke basis - ranging from towels, apparel, new swimwear pieces or something specific for an event or hospitality group. However for product that we do not already make, the minimums will be higher - think 400+.

Once you've filled in the form online and sent us your logo by email, we'll be in touch within 24 hours.

Once we've got a clear brief from you and you've sent your logo/artwork, we'll send you your free visual within 48 hours and accompany this with the invoice.

If you are prompt to communicate and make your deposit payment this can all be turned around and moved to production in as fast as 4 days.

Once you've made payment (50% deposit) production will take:

• 6-8 weeks Poncho Towels
• 5 weeks Eye Masks
• 6 months All Weather Changing Robes (Sherpa & Puffer)

You can receive a single non-custom-branded sample of the base product immediately at our wholesale discounted rate.

If you'd like a sample of the product with your own customisation, we offer two options...

Option A — Standard (most common, no extra cost)

As part of our normal process, with no additional cost, we’ll send you:

• A photo of your embroidered/printed artwork on the actual fabric for approval (once the material is prepared and dyed, before construction)
  
• Additional photos of the near-complete product shortly before completion
  

This allows you to review and approve the exact personalised element (the embroidery) before final production is completed.

Since the base product is one of our most established and best-selling designs, this approach gives most partners full confidence — without adding cost or delaying delivery.


Option B — Physical Sample (optional)

If you’d prefer to receive a full physical sample with your own branding on before proceeding:

• Cost: €100 / £90 / $115
  
• Lead time: Approximately 3-4 weeks
  

This covers the time, embroidery setup, and production required for a one-off sample.

Please note this will extend the overall timeline, as the sample is produced as a standalone step before the main order (with its own 5-6 weeks lead time) begins.

Personalised custom-branded products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as they’re made to order. If we make a mistake, we'll of course fix it.
