Add custom text to your Poncho Towel. This will be embroidered in fairly small text in the location you choose (bottom left corner of the kangaroo pocket, or towards the bottom of the left sleeve). You must also add a Poncho Towel to your cart. 

Do I need to add a Poncho Towel to my cart?

Yes. Embroidery is an add-on service. You must also add at least one Poncho Towel to your cart for embroidery to be applied. 

Buying multiple ponchos, and different texts?

If you’re ordering multiple ponchos: 

  • You don't need to embroider your entire order if you don’t want to. Add one embroidery add-on per poncho that you want embroidered. If you order 4 ponchos but only add one embroidery-add on to your cart, only 1 of your ponchos will be embroidered. 

  • Make it clear to us in the text box above which poncho (specify colour & size) you want this text on. This ensures the Vivida team applies the embroidery to the correct item(s). Your text can be different each time. Just repeat the process of buying this embroidery add-on. 

Can I personalise more than one poncho in the same order?

Yes – just add one embroidery add-on per poncho you want personalised.

If you want different text on each, add them separately and specify the text for each one.

How long does personalisation take?

Please allow an additional 5 days for personalised products. This is added to our standard delivery times.

Please note that even if you preordered a poncho towel for the end of Feb batch, any personalised poncho towels will be part of the end of March batch, due to personalisation. 

Can I return or exchange a personalised poncho?

Personalised items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as they’re made to order. If there’s a mistake on our side, we’ll of course make it right. 

What text can I add? 

You can add anything you like! A short message, a name, a quote, initials, a meaningful date... 

Max 50 characters. No emojis or special characters.

Can I change or cancel my personalisation after ordering?

We begin preparing embroidery quickly. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order — changes may not be possible once production has started.

Montserrat semi-bold. The embroidery will be fairly small. Scroll down to see image examples.

  • Machine wash cool or 30°C, with similar colours
  • If washing with synthetics, place inside a Guppyfriend Microplastics Washing Bag to reduce the flow of microfibres into our water systems
  • Do not bleach
  • Line dry out of direct sunlight, avoid tumble drying
  • Avoid ironing to preserve brushed softness & absorbency
  • Do not dry clean
  • When it’s time, donate to charity or pass me on to a new home

For shipments to the European Union (EU) and UK (including Channel Islands and Isle of Man), there are no duties & taxes. Vivida pays upfront for all duties & taxes.

For shipments to the following countries, all taxes & duties are calculated and included at checkout. There’ll be no surprises or additional costs upon delivery:

  • Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Gibraltar
  • Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, UAE, Qatar
  • Chile, Argentina, India


    • If you order from us for delivery outside of the UK, EU, U.S, Canada and all the countries listed above, there might be import duties and taxes to pay to get your parcel. These charges are usually levied when the order reaches the delivery address and you will be responsible for the payment.
