Custom poncho towels start at 60 pieces per order and 30 per colourway, with 7–10 week production. The Anywhere lightweight jacket starts at 100 pieces and typically takes five weeks. Sherpa and Puffer robes start at 200 per style and 100 per colourway, with around six months required for production.

What is the easiest product to start with?
Poncho towels are the most accessible starting point: 60 pieces per order, 30 per colourway and a mix of sizes.
Can our school colours be matched?
For 60–200 ponchos, choose from existing Vivida colourways. Above 200, existing colours can be remixed; bespoke Pantone colours begin at 500 units.
Can we add more than one logo?
Poncho towels can carry up to two embroidered logos or artworks in your chosen positions.
Can we buy a sample?
A non-customised base sample is available at the wholesale rate. A one-off branded sample costs £90 and usually takes 3–4 weeks.
Can you ship directly to our centre?
Yes. Vivida ships worldwide and can quote freight for the final quantity and destination.
Can we create separate staff kit and customer merchandise?
Yes. The range can be planned around distinct roles: identifiable staff kit, guest-use equipment and premium products for surf-school or surf-camp retail.
What artwork files should a surf school send?
Vector AI, EPS, SVG or print-ready PDF files are preferred. Send your school logo, colours and any sponsor artwork so the team can assess placement and prepare visuals.
What are the payment terms for surf-school merchandise?
A 60% deposit starts production. The remaining 40% is payable when production is complete and before shipment, after completion photographs have been shared.
Can a surf school reorder its branded kit?
Yes. Repeat orders can be quoted according to current product availability, quantities and production timing. Retaining the approved artwork and specification helps streamline a future order.
