- Review a free visual: Vivida normally returns artwork within 48 hours of a clear brief.
- Confirm and deposit: a 60% deposit starts production; the 40% balance is due before shipment.
- Approve and receive: review production imagery before worldwide delivery.
The minimum order is 60 masks per order and 30 per colourway. Custom eye-mask production typically takes around five weeks after the deposit, plus delivery time. A one-off fully branded physical sample is available for £90 and normally takes 3–4 weeks, which extends the overall schedule.

What is the minimum order?
60 custom sleep masks per order, with a minimum of 30 in each colourway.
Where is our logo placed?
One logo is printed in the same refined position used for Vivida’s own branding.
How long does production take?
Approximately five weeks after the 60% deposit, plus shipping.
Can we see a sample?
You can buy a non-customised base mask at the wholesale rate, or order a fully branded sample for £90 with a 3–4 week lead time.
Are custom masks returnable?
Made-to-order branded products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless Vivida has made an error.
Can the sleep masks be used as hotel guest amenities or corporate gifts?
Yes. Custom branded sleep masks work well for hotel turndown, spa gifting, retreat welcome packs, VIP travel gifts, corporate wellbeing programmes and premium retail.
Do you offer private-label or fully bespoke sleep masks?
Vivida offers custom branding on its proven sleep-mask design. If your project requires fully bespoke construction or a white-label route, include this in the brief; bespoke development may require higher minimums.
What artwork files should we provide?
Send the highest-quality version of your logo. Vector AI, EPS, SVG or print-ready PDF artwork is preferred so placement and reproduction can be assessed clearly.
What are the payment terms for custom sleep masks?
A 60% deposit starts production. The remaining 40% is payable when production is complete and before shipment, after completion photographs have been shared.
