Do you offer fully bespoke products?
Potentially. New products outside Vivida’s established range usually require 400+ units and longer development.
How do we begin?
Send your dates, estimated guest numbers, desired products and logo. Vivida will recommend an order structure and provide free visuals.

Yes. Sleep masks, poncho towels, apparel and other products can be planned around arrival gifts, programme rituals, host gifting or a take-home retail offer.
Can the retreat venue and the retreat host use different branding?
Share the relationship between the venue, host and programme when requesting a quote. Vivida can advise how branding or colourways can be organised within the relevant minimum quantities.
What are the payment terms for retreat merchandise?
A 60% deposit starts production. The remaining 40% is payable when production is complete and before shipment, after completion photographs have been shared.
Can we reorder merchandise for future retreat dates?
Yes. Repeat orders can be quoted against current product availability, quantities and production schedules. Keeping the approved artwork and product specification helps simplify reordering.
