We ship all our goods from the UK. Some countries outside of the EU apply customs duties on goods above a certain value and some on certain types of items, such as, clothing. Examples include Norway, Egypt and New Zealand. This charge is payable by the receiver at the time goods enter customs in the destination country. Vivida cannot pay for it in advance.
We know you will LOVE each and every Vivida product. But just in case you are not 100% satisfied, send it back within 21 days and we can make an exchange or provide a complete refund. We're here to look after you and want you to be able to buy in absolute confidence!
You should have received a returns form in your order but you can also contact us at email@example.com and we'll send you one.
Please note: You are responsible for return postage, we advise you send all items by using a Recorded/Insured post, as we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to items being returned. Once we have received the item back in sellable condition we can either exchange or refund your order.
Must be accompanied by a returns form which can be downloaded here. Without a returns form we can't process it for you.
