HOW DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING WORK?
We use DPD and TNT as our express couriers.
Our Standard international shipping method is similar to postal shipping, and different from DPD and TNT courier. The couriers handle your order from picking up the package at our warehouse in the UK all the way through until its signed for by yourself at your doostep. With the Standard international shipping, Royal Mail picks up from our warehouse and once the order reaches your country, it is handed over from Royal Mail to your local post office for customs processing (if needed) and delivery. The delivery is made by your national postal service, not Royal Mail. Average total transit time is 1- 3 weeks. However, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local customs office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered.
WHY WAS I CHARGED CUSTOMS FEES AND TAXES?
Some countries apply customs duties on goods above a certain value or on certain types of items, such as clothing. We appreciate that this isn't fun being charged fees, but we need to follow the rules and fill out customs forms correctly with the correct value of the goods sent. Otherwise, we risk having the shipment returned to us or being prohibited from shipping to that country. Any collection of customs fees goes to your government, not to Vivida Lifestyle.
Vivida Lifestyle is not responsible for customs charges within any destination country. As each country has their own customs rules and procedures, it is not something that Vivida can pay for or charge in advance. Any customs duties/taxes charged by a country's customs department is payable by the receiver at the time goods enter customs in the destination country.

For peace of mind - if you are not 100% satisfied, find our returns form in FAQ and send your purchase back to us within 21 days and we can make an exchange or provide a complete refund. We're here to look after you and want you to be able to buy in absolute confidence.
Please note: You are responsible for return postage. We advise you send all items by using a Recorded/Insured post, as we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to items being returned. Once we have received the item back in sellable condition we can either exchange or refund your order. We will pay for the shipping of the exchange however for countries that it applies to, customs charges will still apply for replacement items. We cannot absorb this cost. Please inform yourself if customs duties apply in your country.
