Fashion Business Analyst / Financial Modeller / Cash Flow & Budgeting Expert / Excel Wizard
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who will be responsible for the management of Vivida Lifestyle’s cash flow and budget. Building on the brands strong foundation you will play a key part in achieving our ambitious growth plans. You will have experience in budgeting, cash flow forecasting and translating financial accounts and data into management-ready recommendations. You will be expected to build the brand through proactively sifting through the data provided to you (Production Costs, Xero, Liveplan, Google Analytics, Squarespace Analytics) in order to advise the founder on how the business’s activities should be optimised. What 20% of products are producing 80% of the revenue.... in 6 months what will our bills be? Can we pay them off? What if we only get -40% of expected forecasted revenue that we're hoping for... what will we do? What costs can we cut? What can we do with stock not moving? How deep a discount can we do? How fast can we grow and invest without digging a dangerous hole on cash flow?
You'll be going through the business on a granular level, dissecting it, where do the costs come from? where does the revenue come from? Reduce the costs. Increase the profit. Help the business do this.
You're strong in financial modelling, business analysis, cash flow forecasting, budgeting. You will work on a freelance basis working from your laptop anywhere in the world you want, at a rate to be agreed. You'd have contact with the Vivida accountant and Vivida founder for any queries. All that is required is a full report to founder once every 2 weeks and be available for skype call when founder wants to chat. You will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement.
You should be fluent in excel and all its shortcuts, reading Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet statements, data crunching, accounting, and interpreting how numbers translate into real life signals.
Working directly with the founder you will join the management team, and play an influential role in the future decisions of the company. You understand the value of money (especially in a small business environment) and will be very strategic. A keen appetite to learn. The ideal candidate will have a positive “can do” attitude, and won’t be afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in!
Length of job : Not looking for somebody that can't be involved for at least 6 months. Looking to build successful applicant into team longterm. Ideally several years.

Eye for visuals. Strength in Social Media Management, PPC, Google Adwords, Copy Writing, Blog writing.
Videography & photography: Exceptional skills in filming, photography, editing. You have an eye for the wow effect. You live somewhere tropical and surrounded by a good group of models you can use for the shoots.
Graphic Design: Exceptional graphic design skills
Kind, enthusiastic, and strong relationship building skills : You will help David build the community of TeamVivida and provide as much value and inegreation amongst TeamVivida.
Events : Organising events and over-seeing on the ground marketing initiatives.
Vivida does not have offices. You will be working freelance worldwide. A few points on how we work:
