Where is Vivida based?
Our product warehouse, design team, administration & customer support are based in the United Kingdom.
David HB, the CEO & Founder, spends about 3-4 months of the year in the UK and the rest of the year on adventures around the globe. Our tight-knit TeamVivida visionaries and ambassadors are based worldwide in all corners of the earth.
How do I order your products?

2. Open your shopping cart to check you have everything you want
3. Check and Pay. (All prices on www.vividalifestyle.com include VAT).
I've never paid in £?
No worries at all. The Vivida website is fully adapted to take payments in different currencies. It will just convert the currencies at the going exchange rate.
Checking the status of an order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your order confirmation, tracking number and courier used. For international shipments, when products aren't delivered we ask that you contact the courier first. Often its because they've missed you or are missing some delivery information. Usually you as the customer contacting the courier is the most efficient solution to finding why your package is taking a while. If you still need help please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name and order number, or call our customer service team on +44 (0) 7745 895519.
Changing or cancelling an order
Did you place an incorrect order? No problem!
If you have not received the shipping confirmation yet, please contact us as soon as possible. We try to get your items shipped immediately so please be quick. Call +44 (0) 7745 895519 during office hours or send an e-mail to email@example.com.
If you have already received the shipping confirmation, please return the order or part of the order within 21 days. You can use the return form to do this.

I want to return my item
If you are not 100% happy with your item, it doesn't fit or you've changed your mind, simply return the item to us in its original condition and packaging within 21 days of receipt and we will make an exchange or issue a full refund. Must be accompanied by a returns form which can be downloaded here. Without a returns form we can't process it for you.

I think my shop would be a good fit for Vivida. How do I stock?
We are careful with the stockists we decide to work with. We only accept stockists that will protect what Vivida Lifestyle is and the ethos it stands for. If you think you fit our retail criteria; helpful, informative, honest, exceptional customer service, pro-active management with a passion and strive to do more than just shift boxes, we would love to hear from you! Do prices on the website include VAT?
All items on our website include VAT for items delivered within the UK and the EU where applicable. VAT is not charged for items delivered outside of the EU but we maintain one price for each item on our website. Our Registered VAT number is GB 272826583.
